Tammi is our Clinical Manager, Outreach Director, Hygienist, and Maintenance Person, bringing over 22 years of experience to our team. Her interest in dentistry began in childhood, driven by a desire to provide care to those who may not have access to it. Tammi leads our outreach program, which brings essential dental care directly to schools and nursing homes in our mobile unit. Outside of work, Tammi enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, and outdoor activities. Her favorite advice for patients is to understand how cavities form and the impact of sugar on dental health.
Deb Pochop
Meet Deb, our CEO at RCDC, bringing over 30 years of invaluable healthcare and management experience to our team. Deb's journey with RCDC began on the Board of Directors, where she served for 2 years before assuming the role of CEO in December 2016.
With a deep understanding of healthcare operations and strategic leadership, Deb is dedicated to advancing our mission of providing exceptional dental care to our community. Her vision and expertise guide our organization towards continued growth and excellence, ensuring that RCDC remains a pillar of quality and compassion in dental healthcare.
Lisa Olson
Lisa has been the Office Manager at Rawlins County Dental Clinic for 15 years, using her expertise in medical billing to help patients navigate their dental insurance and make the process as smooth as possible. She finds it incredibly rewarding to transform anxious smiles into confident ones. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys scrapbooking, gardening, and collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia. Her advice for patients? “Help me help you—keep your insurance and sliding fee scale information updated for a faster, smoother experience.”

Dr. Gilbrt Omido DDS
Dr. Gilbert Omido has been a dentist for over 32 years and has always dreamed of wearing the dental coat and serving his community. He is grateful for the unique service model at Rawlins County Dental Clinic, which allows him provide for patients in need. Outside the clinic, Dr. Omido enjoys exercising, golfing, reading, and volunteering. He once climbed Mount Kilimanjaro from the challenging Kenyan side—feel free to ask him about it! His best advice for a healthy smile? “Limit sugar, brush and floss regularly, and never skip your dental checkups.”
Dr. Tellbuescher DDS
Dr. Wynona Tellbuescher is a General Dentist who began her career in 2019, inspired by the incredible care she received from her childhood dentists. She is passionate about providing exceptional care to her patients and loves being part of the collaborative and dedicated team at Rawlins County Dental Clinic. Outside of the clinic, Wynona enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking and camping, or cozying up with her rescue cat, Cleo, while watching reality TV. Her best advice? “Don’t play favorites—floss all your teeth for a bright, healthy smile!”

Colette Wahlmeier RDH ECP-III
Collette is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 32 years of experience in the dental field. Inspired by her own dental experiences growing up, she has a deep passion for ensuring everyone has access to excellent oral care. Collette loves working at Rawlins County Dental Clinic because of its inclusive environment, where everyone is welcome and treated with respect. In her free time, Collette enjoys music, sports, and spending time at her family’s winery. Her favorite dental advice? “Flossing may seem small, but it’s the key to lasting dental health.”
Yami Romero
Yami has been a Dental Assistant at Rawlins County Dental Clinic for two years, using her bilingual skills to ensure clear communication and a welcoming experience for every patient. Her warmth and cheerful spirit make her a joy to work with, as she’s dedicated to making patients feel comfortable and informed. She enjoys helping patients take care of their smiles and her favorite part of her job is assisting with restorative procedures. Outside of work, Yami enjoys spending time with her son and creating lasting memories together.

Roxaana Romero
Roxy is our Lead Dental Assistant and has been with Rawlins County Dental Clinic for 7 years. Originally hired as a translator, Roxi quickly trained to become a Dental Assistant and now plays an essential role in our team. She finds joy in seeing patients regain their confidence and smiles, especially those who haven’t smiled in years. In her spare time, Roxi enjoys working out and keeping her home tidy. Her advice to patients? “Dental health is a journey—regular care is key to overcoming dental fears and achieving a healthy smile.”
Cayla Youngblood
Cayla Youngblood is a Dental Assistant who joined Rawlins County Dental Clinic about six months ago. Although she didn’t originally plan to work in dentistry, she quickly discovered a passion for helping patients feel more confident about their smiles. Starting her dental career here makes this clinic special to her. Outside of work, Cayla has a deep love for animals, having previously worked in animal rescue, and she shares her home with two dogs and a cat. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar. Her advice for patients? "Chew xylitol gum to fight harmful bacteria, and don’t forget to brush and floss every day!"
Front Desk
Lee Sattler
Lee has been a Front Desk Receptionist at Rawlins County Dental Clinic for over a year, where she schedules appointments, registers new patients, and ensures all patients feel welcome and supported. She finds joy in helping patients leave with newfound confidence in their smiles. Outside of work, Lee enjoys reading mysteries and spending time with her pets—a German shepherd, a Heinz 57 puppy, and a cat named Princess Peach. Her favorite advice? “Your smile is the first thing people see—take care of it and show it often!”

Elayne Eunson is the Human Resources Administrator at Rawlins County Dental Clinic, where she combines her organizational expertise with a creative flair. Since joining in 2024, she has overseen payroll, record-keeping, and the clinic’s online presence, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Elayne enjoys the balance between routine and creativity in her role and is proud to be part of a passionate and hardworking team. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, playing piano, being a mom, and traveling. Elayne credits her cavity-free smile to drinking plenty of milk and avoiding sugary drinks.
